Spectators: 175 (Terracing: 132, Seating: 40, VIP seats: 3) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Marcinho Mineiro kicked off to start the match. After having played for 5 minutes, Santiago Cidro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Florestal Futebol Clube's supporters crossed their fingers, but Santiago Cidro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Reinaldo Porto kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. If Renátó Csernyi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bruno Renan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Loco Martin in the 18th minute of the match. Shi Bang Xiang stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of José Paulo de Lara's shot from short distance in the 25th minute. Shi Bang Xiang made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcinho Mineiro in the 27th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Renátó Csernyi in the 29th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bruno Renan saved Florestal Futebol Clube from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Henning Eriksson in the 30th minute of play forced Florestal Futebol Clube's goalkeeper Bruno Renan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 36 minutes into the match, Florestal Futebol Clube's goal looked a bit too open when Loco Martin came free, but Bruno Renan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Marcinho Mineiro in the 38th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Shi Bang Xiang prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Loco Martin was the one to do the kick off. In the 50th match minute, Florestal Futebol Clube was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by José Paulo de Lara to maneuver through the defense. Bruno Renan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from André Carrillo in the 56th minute of play. Bruno Renan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Loco Martin, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. 62 minutes into the match, José Paulo de Lara had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Shi Bang Xiang. FC Jamala's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that José Paulo de Lara was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Florestal Futebol Clube's Evaristo Eleazar was substituted for Thierry Henry. In the 66th minute Marcinho Mineiro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Shi Bang Xiang saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Florestal Futebol Clube's Bruno Renan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Henning Eriksson in the 68th minute of play. Florestal Futebol Clube's Matías Camargo was substituted for Marcinho Mineiro. In the 74th minute of the match Florestal Futebol Clube got a corner. FC Jamala's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Sherif Cannavaro ran over to the corner to take the kick. Bruno Renan made an important save on a dangerous shot by Henning Eriksson in the 77th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Loco Martin got free with Bruno Renan in the 80th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A well-hit corner resulted in Santiago Cidro heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. In the 88th minute, José Paulo de Lara made a precise shot to the right of Shi Bang Xiang. FC Jamala's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. Shi Bang Xiang came out of the goal in the 91st minute to try and stop a shot by Florestal Futebol Clube's Matías Camargo. But to his dismay, Matías Camargo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. In the 95th minute, Matías Camargo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Florestal Futebol Clube fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0.
