With a little luck, ★★★ Lightning Dragons★★★'s Aurelio Giammaria got control of the ball when Segundo Marko tried to sneak it across the goal line. 47 minutes into the game, ★★★ Lightning Dragons★★★'s C.J. 吕布 nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Dante Ixaka made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. ★★★ Lightning Dragons★★★ made a substitution. Slawomir Banach replaced Bartosz Bednorz. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Segundo Marko to make the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Ren&Fel C.A.R.P. 09-12-18's zone, Benny Koks stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dante Ixaka came out of the goal and Benny Koks tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After having played for 56 minutes, C.J. 吕布 managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ★★★ Lightning Dragons★★★'s supporters crossed their fingers, but C.J. 吕布 was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 60 played minutes Ren&Fel C.A.R.P. 09-12-18 got a freekick which was hit by Fabricio Semeno. After some fancy dribbling in the 64th minute, C.J. 吕布 managed to get in a good position for a shot. ★★★ Lightning Dragons★★★'s supporters rose to their feet, but C.J. 吕布 was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dante Ixaka breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If C.J. 吕布 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. C.J. 吕布 recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 71st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. C.J. 吕布 might have been able to make a better finish in the 72nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Dante Ixaka. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. C.J. 吕布 ran back to his position shaking his head. ★★★ Lightning Dragons★★★'s C.J. 吕布 was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 77th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. ★★★ Lightning Dragons★★★'s De-Falco Champion managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Delmiro Betadur in the 82 minute of the game. ★★★ Lightning Dragons★★★'s Kryspin Galagan was substituted for C.J. 吕布. Dante Ixaka showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kryspin Galagan in the 89th minute of the match. The supporters of ★★★ Lightning Dragons★★★ booed when Ren&Fel C.A.R.P. 09-12-18 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position.
