Germanas Judeikis could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 13th minute of the match, but Aurelio Giammaria made a huge save. Lokomotiv Bornova's Sezai Yura played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Benny Koks in the 15th minute of play. The supporters of ★★★ Lightning Dragons★★★ booed when Lokomotiv Bornova was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dilmen Osmanlı didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 27th minute Germanas Judeikis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aurelio Giammaria saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Germanas Judeikis in the 41st minute of play forced ★★★ Lightning Dragons★★★'s goalkeeper Aurelio Giammaria to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Germanas Judeikis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute.
