When Ground Control's Amine Philibert in the 11th minute got a chance for a shot 11th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye La Mandarina Mecánica's goalie prevented a goal. After some careless play in the Ground Control defense, Fjölnir Bergsson kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jérémie Millier. The Ground Control fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jérémie Millier should have stopped the shot. In the 17th match minute, La Mandarina Mecánica was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dolfos Abar to maneuver through the defense. Batiste Lassalle hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. After 24 played minutes Ground Control got a freekick which was hit by Igor Guiho. The audience thought a goal was coming when Arnaldo Colas got free with Jérémie Millier in the 25th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Arnaldo Colas blasted a shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jérémie Millier having to make a save. In the 26th minute of the match, Arnaldo Colas got a very nice opportunity to score, but Jérémie Millier was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Amine Philibert to make the kick off. Jérémie Millier showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arnaldo Colas, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. In the 53rd minute, Dolfos Abar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 55th minute Arnaldo Colas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jérémie Millier saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Lucas-James Langoni in the 89th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jérémie Millier prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 93rd match minute, La Mandarina Mecánica was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Larra Abadie to maneuver through the defense. La Mandarina Mecánica's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
