Uetendorf Wanderers's Sak de Cock was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Juan Giraldo in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Forever Tango's Juan Giraldo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Özcan Balcik in the 10th minute of play. In the 10th minute Özcan Balcik shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Juan Giraldo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Omar Santo to make the kick off. David Aberle took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Juan Raúl Amuchástegui, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 52 minutes into the match, Uetendorf Wanderers's goal looked a bit too open when Juan Raúl Amuchástegui came free, but David Aberle reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The corner ended in Zachary Pionek almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Forever Tango's Juan Giraldo did a great save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Luisito Senio in the 82nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg David Aberle saved Uetendorf Wanderers from getting behind. Glenn Huez did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-3 to the left of a surprised Juan Giraldo 85 minutes into the match. Juan Giraldo was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Zachary Pionek showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-4 in the 91 minute of play. The audience was convinced that Luisito Senio's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but David Aberle was relentless in the 94th minute of the game. With a little luck, Forever Tango's Juan Giraldo got control of the ball when Martin Rutsch tried to sneak it across the goal line. Uetendorf Wanderers's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
