Nickolai Skivild could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 10th minute of the match, but Augusto Ellande made a huge save. In the 12th minute Alvaro Abar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kristoffer Martinsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Justo Mano took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 95th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Augusto Ellande. Mercedes's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The Mercedes supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Mercedes would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
