In the 9th minute, Marcus Rush hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 12 minutes into the match, Cosmos Soccer Club's goal looked a bit too open when Emesto Muñagorri came free, but Jarrett Rosenberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 13 minutes into the game, Szolnoki MÁV's Roland Varga nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jarrett Rosenberg made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Jarrett Rosenberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gedeon Csákvári in the 16th minute of the match. In the 17th minute, Patrick Fontenot hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 17 played minutes, Szolnoki MÁV's Lukács Antal shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Jarrett Rosenberg came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Szolnoki MÁV reached it. Cosmos Soccer Club's Jarrett Rosenberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Roland Varga in the 25th minute of play. In the 28th minute of the match Harvey Flynn shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Mátyás Lisztes showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. András Herczegh's late challenge caught a Cosmos Soccer Club's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. András Herczegh helped the player get up and apologised. András Herczegh kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Emesto Muñagorri in the 34th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jarrett Rosenberg prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 38 minutes into the game, Szolnoki MÁV's Emesto Muñagorri nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jarrett Rosenberg made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. Donovan Heath struck a weak shot in the 47th minute. Mátyás Lisztes didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cosmos Soccer Club. After the first half Szolnoki MÁV were leading 0-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

With an all-out effort, Szolnoki MÁV's Jarrett Rosenberg threw himself towards the right post 63 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Roland Varga, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Mátyás Lisztes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Patrick Fontenot, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. Jarrett Rosenberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Roland Varga in the 67th minute of play. Szolnoki MÁV's Emesto Muñagorri got a good chance for a goal in the 68th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Emesto Muñagorri's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jarrett Rosenberg read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 70th minute of play. Mátyás Lisztes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Patrick Fontenot in the 73rd minute of the match. Cosmos Soccer Club's Jarrett Rosenberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Roland Varga in the 75th minute of play. 76 minutes into the match, Cosmos Soccer Club's goal looked a bit too open when Roland Varga came free, but Jarrett Rosenberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cosmos Soccer Club were furious when Grant McKay was red carded, 85 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. Emesto Muñagorri showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-6. In the 97th minute, Harvey Flynn hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cosmos Soccer Club's Jarrett Rosenberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Csanád Újvári in the 98th minute of play. Szolnoki MÁV's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
