Donovan Heath's late challenge caught a Chlory's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Donovan Heath helped the player get up and apologised. In the 44th match minute, Cosmos Soccer Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Donovan Heath to maneuver through the defense. 45 minutes into the game, Patrick Fontenot was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Bogdan Popowicz made a kick off. After 89 played minutes Cosmos Soccer Club got a freekick which was hit by Donovan Heath. A collision led to Cosmos Soccer Club getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Grant McKay hit a great ball. Chlory played a much better game than Cosmos Soccer Club and deserved their victory. The Cosmos Soccer Club players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
