PIRITUBA MM 4EVER's Damian Salvidor was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Ali Cafer Konuralp in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. After 30 played minutes PIRITUBA MM 4EVER got a freekick which was hit by Laércio Baiano. Salomon Verite made a fantastic save in the 31st minute, when Ruben Ubarna sent off a good shot on target. In the 32nd minute, Mark Van Leeuwe got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ali Cafer Konuralp made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mark Van Leeuwe in the 37th minute of play. In the 38th match minute, RED DEVIL was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Astor Leoiar to maneuver through the defense. Mark Van Leeuwe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ali Cafer Konuralp having to interfere. In the 40th match minute, RED DEVIL was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dalmacio Etxeberri to maneuver through the defense. When the match clock showed 42 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Mark Van Leeuwe sped through RED DEVIL's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Ali Cafer Konuralp. When Laércio Baiano fell near the penalty area in the 46th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored PIRITUBA MM 4EVER's protests and gave Laércio Baiano a yellow card for diving instead. Laércio Baiano hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. With a little luck, PIRITUBA MM 4EVER's Salomon Verite got control of the ball when Serafino Flores tried to sneak it across the goal line. After the first half PIRITUBA MM 4EVER were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Andrei Ivan made a kick off. In the 51st minute Ruben Ubarna shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Salomon Verite saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 55 minutes, Ruben Criston mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the RED DEVIL and the PIRITUBA MM 4EVER players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 55th minute, Ruben Criston hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A hard shot by Damian Salvidor from long distance, 56 minutes into the match, got Ali Cafer Konuralp's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. After a rather tough play, RED DEVIL's Dalmacio Etxeberri got a free kick in the 56th minute. The audience was convinced that Mark Van Leeuwe's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ali Cafer Konuralp was relentless in the 58th minute of the game. Damian Salvidor made a great header on PIRITUBA MM 4EVER's corner, it was just that RED DEVIL's Ali Cafer Konuralp managed to reach the ball for a save. If Mark Van Leeuwe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. RED DEVIL's Fernando Barreiros was substituted for Andrei Ivan.
