In the 16th minute, Vinícius Servaes left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Diamante Negro DK - VV fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. 23 minutes into the match, Diamante Negro DK - VV's goal looked a bit too open when Gísli Langnickel came free, but Rogério Ceni reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gísli Langnickel might have been able to make a better finish in the 26th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Rogério Ceni. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gísli Langnickel ran back to his position shaking his head. After a rather tough play, Aversa's Gísli Langnickel got a free kick in the 27th minute. In the 28thth minute of the game Vinícius Servaes who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Aversa's Emory Øien was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Vinícius Servaes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Emory Øien showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vinícius Servaes in the 32nd minute of the match. Emory Øien took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vinícius Servaes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 38th minute Vinícius Servaes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emory Øien saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Aversa's Emory Øien played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vinícius Servaes in the 40th minute of play. In the 42nd minute Vinícius Servaes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emory Øien saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 46 minutes into the game, Frederico Pontes threw the ball into play from the sideline. Aversa's Amedeo Vida quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. The throw-in from Frederico Pontes in the 47th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Aversa's Flavio Di Giulio. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Gísli Langnickel stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 51 minutes of play, Aversa's Gísli Langnickel made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Rogério Ceni was left in no man's land by his defense there! When Aversa's Gísli Langnickel in the 62nd minute got a chance for a shot 62nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Diamante Negro DK - VV's goalie prevented a goal. Vinícius Servaes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Emory Øien tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Aversa's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Vinícius Servaes was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-3. Emory Øien stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Vinícius Servaes's shot from short distance in the 85th minute. A collision led to Diamante Negro DK - VV getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Cipriano Tróia hit a great ball. Vinícius Servaes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 91st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Anselmo Fulgenzi blasted a shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Rogério Ceni having to make a save. Rogério Ceni showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anselmo Fulgenzi in the 93rd minute of the match. In the 95th minute of the game Cipriano Tróia made a throw-in which Hugo Zonta played forward. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Diamante Negro DK - VV had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
