Antonio Sengrat showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anselmo Fulgenzi in the 13th minute of the match. Aversa's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Amedeo Vida in the 14th minute. Victorino Diaz blasted a shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Emory Øien having to make a save. Aang Pitono received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Antonio Sengrat came out and tried to block the shot, but Aang Pitono slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 22nd minute. Antonio Sengrat made an important save on a dangerous shot by Aang Pitono in the 31st minute. The supporters of Aversa booed when Ψ virgen Ψ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alvaro Ixaka didn't get a good kick on the ball. Antonio Sengrat made a fantastic save in the 34th minute, when Aang Pitono sent off a good shot on target. 36 minutes into the match, Ψ virgen Ψ's goal looked a bit too open when Gísli Langnickel came free, but Antonio Sengrat reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Antonio Sengrat made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aang Pitono in the 39th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anselmo Fulgenzi in the 45th minute of play forced Ψ virgen Ψ's goalkeeper Antonio Sengrat to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 46th minute, Aversa's Anselmo Fulgenzi dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gísli Langnickel made a kick off. In the 52ndth minute of the game Aang Pitono who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ψ virgen Ψ's Antonio Sengrat was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 57th minute Gísli Langnickel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Antonio Sengrat saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gísli Langnickel struck a weak shot in the 89th minute. Antonio Sengrat didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Aversa. Gísli Langnickel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Antonio Sengrat took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gísli Langnickel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 95 minutes into the match, Ψ virgen Ψ's goal looked a bit too open when Flavio Di Giulio came free, but Antonio Sengrat reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Aversa's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
