Fausto da Cunha came free with the goalkeeper in the 54th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Miguel Ángel Torres could save by the left post. Orhun Taran did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 4-2 to the left of a surprised Miguel Ángel Torres 92 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Shi Jun Zhen in the 96th minute of play forced Guarani Futebol Clube's goalkeeper Adalberto de Moraes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Guarani Futebol Clube's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because LA LUZ F.C. had won, even though Guarani Futebol Clube had held more of the ball.
