An unexpectedly hard shot by Dawid Rojek in the 3rd minute of play forced Velho Barreiro FC's goalkeeper Iker Hidalgo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When LA LUZ F.C.'s Dieguito Maradona in the 3rd minute got a chance for a shot 3rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Velho Barreiro FC's goalie prevented a goal. After 4 minutes Velho Barreiro FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Dawid Rojek who took care of the corner kick. The corner led LA LUZ F.C.'s Ivan Menendo to fire away a dangerous shot which Iker Hidalgo despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Velho Barreiro FC's Iker Hidalgo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dawid Rojek in the 6th minute of play. After taking down the ball on Velho Barreiro FC's corner Michel Siqueira fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Miguel Ángel Torres quite easily take care of the ball. Miguel Ángel Torres made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Naldo Guerra in the 18th minute of play. Ferid Eker could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 19th minute of the match, but Miguel Ángel Torres made a huge save. Miguel Ángel Torres made a fantastic save in the 22nd minute, when Ferid Eker sent off a good shot on target. In the 25th minute Dieguito Maradona shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Iker Hidalgo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Velho Barreiro FC's Iker Hidalgo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dawid Rojek in the 26th minute of play. In the 28th minute of the match Dawid Rojek shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Iker Hidalgo showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. With an all-out effort, Velho Barreiro FC's Miguel Ángel Torres threw himself towards the right post 30 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Zico Galo, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 31st minute, Teo Venceslas ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Iker Hidalgo was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. LA LUZ F.C. made a substitution. Tobias Tximitx replaced Teo Venceslas. In the 45th minute, Vânderson Carioca hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Dieguito Maradona might have been able to make a better finish in the 47th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Iker Hidalgo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Dieguito Maradona ran back to his position shaking his head. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

53 minutes into the match, LA LUZ F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Bai Ang came free, but Miguel Ángel Torres reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 54th minute Ferid Eker shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Miguel Ángel Torres saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 56th minute of the match, Atilla Açıkalın got a very nice opportunity to score, but Iker Hidalgo was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. After having played for 79 minutes, Zico Galo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Velho Barreiro FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Zico Galo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 80th minute Dawid Rojek shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Iker Hidalgo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Miguel Ángel Torres made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Naldo Guerra in the 82nd minute of play. In the 87th minute, Gaston Ferman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
