Sverker Fanström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Clóvis Cabral in the 17th minute of the match. Victorino Mano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Sverker Fanström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Clóvis Cabral in the 26th minute of play. 29 minutes into the match, Gnaget United FC's goalkeeper Ronnie Hellström had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Babbis Aggeliadis. Ronnie Hellström was a little too slow when Babbis Aggeliadis got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 34th minute. The score was now 2-0. 38 minutes into the game, Sanderlend's Babbis Aggeliadis nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ronnie Hellström made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. Sverker Fanström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Paul Scholes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-1 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Paul Scholes to make the kick off. Babbis Aggeliadis blasted a shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ronnie Hellström having to make a save. Gnaget United FC's Ronnie Hellström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Babbis Aggeliadis in the 53rd minute of play. Ronnie Hellström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Robert Augustyn in the 57th minute of the match. Clóvis Cabrals short, quick shot in the 70thth minute got Sverker Fanström to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Sverker Fanström made a fantastic save in the 76th minute, when Clóvis Cabral sent off a good shot on target. Babbis Aggeliadis's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ronnie Hellström read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 78th minute of play. Clóvis Cabral could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 82nd minute of the match, but Sverker Fanström made a huge save. Gnaget United FC made a substitution. Fabián de Brito replaced Ludvig Lund. Gnaget United FC's Bogdan Utretskiy quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Victorino Mano, made in the 85th minute of the game. Ronnie Hellström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Babbis Aggeliadis, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. Ronnie Hellström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Babbis Aggeliadis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Gnaget United FC getting a freekick after 97 minutes play. Kennet Mårtensson hit a great ball. Sanderlend's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
