Triforce Super Soccer's supporters rose to their feet, but Ato Jabari Hamilton-Maurice was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Toto Caputo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Toto Caputo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ato Jabari Hamilton-Maurice, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ato Jabari Hamilton-Maurice struck a weak shot in the 9th minute. Toto Caputo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Triforce Super Soccer. Toto Caputo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ato Jabari Hamilton-Maurice, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ato Jabari Hamilton-Maurice in the 12th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Toto Caputo saved Fire Devils from getting behind. In the 14th minute, Luiz Paulo de Lima got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Toto Caputo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ato Jabari Hamilton-Maurice in the 18th minute of play. Triforce Super Soccer's Cristian Salles proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 19th minute of the match, managed to save Triforce Super Soccer from getting a goal against them. When Ato Jabari Hamilton-Maurice came up free with the goalie in the 20th minute, the Triforce Super Soccer fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ato Jabari Hamilton-Maurice couldn't finish the play. In the 21st minute, Falko Domini hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Luiz Paulo de Lima sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 36 played minutes Fire Devils got a freekick which was hit by Romero Zeier. In the 44th minute of the match, Ueli Siegenthaler got a very nice opportunity to score, but Cristian Salles was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Ato Jabari Hamilton-Maurice blasted a shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Toto Caputo having to make a save. After the first half Triforce Super Soccer were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Andreas Furcas to make the kick off. Georg Oberhauser fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cristian Salles having to interfere. After 55 played minutes Fire Devils got a freekick which was hit by Georg Oberhauser. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ato Jabari Hamilton-Maurice got free with Toto Caputo in the 58th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 89th match minute, Triforce Super Soccer was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ato Jabari Hamilton-Maurice to maneuver through the defense. Nikita Bolla hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. Andreas Furcas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Triforce Super Soccer walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
