A collision led to Club Atlético Atlanta getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Paolo Caradaro hit a great ball. In the 10th minute Eustaquio Jaizki shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Menios Chloros saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 11 minutes Mean Machine's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Emil Chwalkiewicz who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Emil Chwalkiewicz almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Mean Machine's Menios Chloros did a great save. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Rosendo Cutberto during the 15th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 15 played minutes Club Atlético Atlanta got a freekick which was hit by Rosendo Cutberto. In the 16th minute Nikos Stasinos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pankracy Glogowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Archibaldo Peñaranda received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Pankracy Glogowski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Carles Pujol in the 25th minute of play forced Club Atlético Atlanta's goalkeeper Pankracy Glogowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 27th minute Miltos Makris shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pankracy Glogowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Menios Chloros made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Şevket Çağa in the 28th minute of play. Club Atlético Atlanta's Pankracy Glogowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nedim Emekli in the 33rd minute of play. 35 minutes into the match, Miltos Makris notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Club Atlético Atlanta's Pankracy Glogowski. Pankracy Glogowski was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Pankracy Glogowski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nedim Emekli, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Pankracy Glogowski came out of the goal in the 42nd minute to try and stop a shot by Mean Machine's Nedim Emekli. But to his dismay, Nedim Emekli quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Pankracy Glogowski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carles Pujol in the 47th minute of the match. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Nedim Emekli to make the kick off. Club Atlético Atlanta's Pankracy Glogowski proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 53rd minute of the match, managed to save Club Atlético Atlanta from getting a goal against them. The audience thought a goal was coming when Carles Pujol got free with Pankracy Glogowski in the 54th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a little luck, Club Atlético Atlanta's Pankracy Glogowski got control of the ball when Carles Pujol tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 58th minute Miltos Makris shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pankracy Glogowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Club Atlético Atlanta's Pankracy Glogowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nedim Emekli in the 62nd minute of play. 63 minutes into the match, Club Atlético Atlanta's goal looked a bit too open when Nedim Emekli came free, but Pankracy Glogowski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Through an outstanding action, after 64 minutes, Pankracy Glogowski successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Nedim Emekli recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 70th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Pankracy Glogowski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nedim Emekli in the 74th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Nedim Emekli got free with Pankracy Glogowski in the 75th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Club Atlético Atlanta's Pankracy Glogowski proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 78th minute of the match, managed to save Club Atlético Atlanta from getting a goal against them. After having played for 80 minutes, Nedim Emekli managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mean Machine's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nedim Emekli was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Carles Pujol's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 84thth minute, Pankracy Glogowski skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Mean Machine's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Nikos Stasinos in the 85th minute. 93 minutes into the match, Club Atlético Atlanta's goal looked a bit too open when Nedim Emekli came free, but Pankracy Glogowski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Mean Machine walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
