After a defensive mix-up in CA Quake's zone, Victor Paskal stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Silverio Cordearo came out of the goal and Victor Paskal tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 30 minutes into the match, Club Atlético Ituzaingó's goal looked a bit too open when Andres Ubelteso came free, but Duarte de Sena reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Silverio Cordearo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bartolo Boni, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. Club Atlético Ituzaingó's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fulgencio Nikola was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Duarte de Sena showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cayetano Aznaro in the 96th minute of the match. There was no doubt that Club Atlético Ituzaingó were the better team. Club Atlético Ituzaingó's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
