The audience was convinced that Alessio Borrelli's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ermegildo Horado was relentless in the 4th minute of the game. In the 6th minute of the match Quebracho FC got a corner. CAI NEUQUEN's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Yin Hong Fan ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led Quebracho FC's Yin Hong Fan to fire away a dangerous shot which Ermegildo Horado despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Ermegildo Horado made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nicanor Flores in the 8th minute of play. Romeo Elija's late challenge caught a Quebracho FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Romeo Elija helped the player get up and apologised. In the 12th match minute, CAI NEUQUEN was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Romeo Elija to maneuver through the defense. Alexander Van Houdtvinck made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cipriano Pasqual in the 15th minute of play. After a rather tough play, CAI NEUQUEN's Miodrag Belo got a free kick in the 16th minute. CAI NEUQUEN's defense didn't have a chance, in the 17th minute, when Nicanor Flores scored to the left of an out of position Ermegildo Horado, making the score, 1-0. Cipriano Pasqual's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Alexander Van Houdtvinck read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 21st minute of play. The corner first didn't look so dangerous but when Romeo Elija got the ball he succeeded in some way to get through the defenders to deliver a very hard score. Result 1-1. 22 minutes into the match. 26 minutes into the match, Cipriano Pasqual had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Alexander Van Houdtvinck. Quebracho FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cipriano Pasqual was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. Alexander Van Houdtvinck took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cipriano Pasqual, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Alexander Van Houdtvinck stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cipriano Pasqual's shot from short distance in the 28th minute. Cipriano Pasqual took the ball and in the 34 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Alexander Van Houdtvinck. Alexander Van Houdtvinck dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. Alexander Van Houdtvinck showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cipriano Pasqual in the 38th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cipriano Pasqual in the 38th minute of play forced Quebracho FC's goalkeeper Alexander Van Houdtvinck to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Cipriano Pasqual made a kick off. After some careless play in the CAI NEUQUEN defense, Alessio Borrelli kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ermegildo Horado. The CAI NEUQUEN fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ermegildo Horado should have stopped the shot. Ermegildo Horado showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alessio Borrelli, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. Ermegildo Horado showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alessio Borrelli in the 76th minute of the match. CAI NEUQUEN's Kahlil Ardiansyah was substituted for Lee-Paul Ramon. Quebracho FC's Jose Manuel Arias managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Anacleto Unax in the 80 minute of the game. CAI NEUQUEN's Cipriano Pasqual got a good chance for a goal in the 81st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. CAI NEUQUEN's Ermegildo Horado played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alessio Borrelli in the 85th minute of play. Anacleto Unax made in the 88th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Quebracho FC's Jose Manuel Arias. Cipriano Pasqual sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Alessio Borrelli sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
