Loui Dyndgaard could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 26th minute of the match, but 龙笑霖 made a huge save. 28 minutes into the game, Fulgencio Isidor was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Durazno FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Gettrup SIK the free kick. A collision led to Durazno FC getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Gettrup SIK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Rodolfo Libertad was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Zenon Galls short, quick shot in the 44thth minute got 龙笑霖 to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Through an outstanding action, after 47 minutes, 龙笑霖 successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Robustiano Hats was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zenon Gall in the 52nd minute of play forced Durazno FC's goalkeeper 龙笑霖 to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Higinio Eutor's late challenge caught a Gettrup SIK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Higinio Eutor helped the player get up and apologised. After 74 played minutes Durazno FC got a freekick which was hit by Higinio Eutor. In the 76th minute, Robustiano Hats ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Torjus Solvoll was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. 84 minutes into the game, Zenon Gall cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-2. 龙笑霖 was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 龙笑霖 stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Zenon Gall's shot from short distance in the 87th minute. Gettrup SIK made a substitution. Sten Vonk replaced Zenon Gall. After 95 minutes, Sten Vonk made it 3-2 with a short kick to the right side. Durazno FC's 龙笑霖 tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot.
