In the 6th minute Valentas Kukštas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jean-Philippe Al Abdullah saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tonico Tinoco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without 狄迪烽 having to interfere. 12 minutes into the game, Tres Lomas FC's Valentas Kukštas nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jean-Philippe Al Abdullah made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Jean-Philippe Al Abdullah came out of the goal in the 16th minute to try and stop a shot by Tres Lomas FC's Valentas Kukštas. But to his dismay, Valentas Kukštas quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Jean-Philippe Al Abdullah took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Valentas Kukštas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 20th match minute, Inter Miami CF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tonico Tinoco to maneuver through the defense. When Román Riquelme came up free with the goalie in the 21st minute, the Inter Miami CF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Román Riquelme couldn't finish the play. 28 minutes into the match, Inter Miami CF's goal looked a bit too open when Natalio De Mitri came free, but Jean-Philippe Al Abdullah reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tonico Tinoco in the 46th minute of play forced Tres Lomas FC's goalkeeper 狄迪烽 to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After the first half Tres Lomas FC were leading 0-5. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Tonico Tinoco made a kick off. Jean-Philippe Al Abdullah showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leon Honesto, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. Inter Miami CF's Jean-Philippe Al Abdullah proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 53rd minute of the match, managed to save Inter Miami CF from getting a goal against them. Jean-Philippe Al Abdullah stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Leon Honesto's shot from short distance in the 56th minute. 58 minutes into the match, Eriberto Miranda had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of 狄迪烽. Tres Lomas FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Eriberto Miranda was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-5. 61 minutes into the match, Leon Honesto had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jean-Philippe Al Abdullah. Jean-Philippe Al Abdullah showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leon Honesto in the 65th minute of the match. The supporters of Inter Miami CF booed when Tres Lomas FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cipriano Rafe didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 68th minute of the match Joe Pancken shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but 狄迪烽 showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Jean-Philippe Al Abdullah made a fantastic save in the 70th minute, when Valentas Kukštas sent off a good shot on target. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Tonico Tinoco during the 71st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Tonico Tinoco kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. If Valentas Kukštas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Leon Honesto in the 77th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jean-Philippe Al Abdullah saved Inter Miami CF from getting behind. The audience was convinced that Leon Honesto's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jean-Philippe Al Abdullah was relentless in the 78th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Natalio De Mitri in the 80th minute of play forced Inter Miami CF's goalkeeper Jean-Philippe Al Abdullah to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Tres Lomas FC fans' excitement grew in the 80th match minute when Tres Lomas FC's Natalio De Mitri looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-7 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 84 minutes into the match, Inter Miami CF's goal looked a bit too open when Valentas Kukštas came free, but Jean-Philippe Al Abdullah reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Valentas Kukštas in the 85thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Jean-Philippe Al Abdullah, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Jean-Philippe Al Abdullah made a fantastic save in the 88th minute, when Leon Honesto sent off a good shot on target. With a little luck, Inter Miami CF's Jean-Philippe Al Abdullah got control of the ball when Natanael Souza tried to sneak it across the goal line. Jean-Philippe Al Abdullah was a little too slow when Leon Honesto got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 93rd minute. The score was now 1-8.
