In the 15th minute Tricolor were awarded a corner. Tómas Planet went to the cornerflag to take it. An unexpectedly hard shot by 叶平卫 in the 17th minute of play forced REAL VASCO RIO's goalkeeper Percival Prestes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match had gone on for 20 minutes, 叶平卫 took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Percival Prestes to make any attempt to save it. Tómas Planet received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Percival Prestes came out and tried to block the shot, but Tómas Planet slotted it home off the left post making it 3-0 in the 25th minute. With a little luck, REAL VASCO RIO's Percival Prestes got control of the ball when Tómas Planet tried to sneak it across the goal line. Percival Prestes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luis Tancredo in the 30th minute of the match. REAL VASCO RIO's Percival Prestes proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 31st minute of the match, managed to save REAL VASCO RIO from getting a goal against them. Tricolor were awarded a corner in the 32th minute after REAL VASCO RIO's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Tómas Planet took the corner. Tricolor's Tómas Planet was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Percival Prestes in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. After 38 minutes of play, Tricolor's 叶平卫 made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Bernardino Gil received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Percival Prestes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 5-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell 叶平卫 to make the kick off. Bernardino Gil recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 51st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by 叶平卫 in the 53rd minute of play forced REAL VASCO RIO's goalkeeper Percival Prestes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 53 played minutes Tricolor got a freekick which was hit by Adem Ünsevin. In the 54th match minute, REAL VASCO RIO was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alfredo Fernandes to maneuver through the defense. REAL VASCO RIO's Percival Prestes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tómas Planet in the 64th minute of play. Percival Prestes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zacarias Lordi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Tricolor's Arnie Mcquoid got a free kick in the 70th minute. REAL VASCO RIO's José Pedro Simão shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 71st minute of play. The shot was stopped by Marciano Fagondo but with some difficulty. Percival Prestes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from 叶平卫 in the 74th minute of play. José Pedro Simão kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by 叶平卫 in the 87th minute of play forced REAL VASCO RIO's goalkeeper Percival Prestes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 90 minutes into the game, 叶平卫 cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 8-0. Percival Prestes was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 93 minutes into the match, REAL VASCO RIO's goal looked a bit too open when Tómas Planet came free, but Percival Prestes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 95 minutes into the match, REAL VASCO RIO's goal looked a bit too open when Tómas Planet came free, but Percival Prestes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
