An unexpectedly hard shot by Kazimierz Felenak in the 34th minute of play forced FV Wienerwald's goalkeeper Marcel Mallinger to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 43 minutes into the game, Ludomil Cebula recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Marcel Mallinger. Ludomil Cebula showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-1. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

In the 55th match minute, Rokita Brzeg Dolny was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Valērijs Bensons to maneuver through the defense. Kazimierz Felenak spun around in front of the goal 78 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of FV Wienerwald's goal. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
