With a couple of smart ball manuevers Malcolm Skark in the 17th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gong Ying Zheng saved VC zoetwater from getting behind. Ciriaco Hernando didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from İbrahim Efe Akarsu went, in the 19th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. İbrahim Efe Akarsu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Ciriaco Hernando tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gong Ying Zheng showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Malcolm Skark in the 30th minute of the match. Vänge IF's Malcolm Skark got a good chance for a goal in the 32nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. VC zoetwater's Gusztáv Bács got a good chance for a goal in the 35th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. İbrahim Efe Akarsu scored 2-0 in the 38th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ciriaco Hernando, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The audience thought a goal was coming when İbrahim Efe Akarsu got free with Ciriaco Hernando in the 41st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a rather tough play, Vänge IF's Östen Olsson got a free kick in the 41st minute. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

In the 53rd minute, Malcolm Skark ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gong Ying Zheng was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1.
