If Panait Moldovan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Panait Moldovan got free with Svante Björkdahl in the 23rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Isidor Quintarnaya took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bruno Sayvion, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bearnaise EA were awarded a corner in the 26th minute after FC Arges Dacia Pitesti's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Edgar Malmberg took the corner. The corner ended in Edgar Malmberg almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but FC Arges Dacia Pitesti's Isidor Quintarnaya did a great save. The audience was convinced that Bruno Sayvion's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Isidor Quintarnaya was relentless in the 30th minute of the game. FC Arges Dacia Pitesti made a substitution. Stelian Frățilă replaced Panait Moldovan. 78 minutes into the game, Bearnaise EA's Jan-Erik Kjellberg nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Isidor Quintarnaya made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-5.
