Gaviotas FC's Zein Tutupoli played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Teofilo Gutierrez-Pacheco in the 4th minute of play. In the 6th minute of the match DUBAI Palm Jumeirah got a corner. Gaviotas FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Lütfi Eryildiz ran over to the corner to take the kick. Zein Tutupoli showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zbyszko Rywin in the 12th minute of the match. 14 minutes into the match, Gaviotas FC's goal looked a bit too open when Zbyszko Rywin came free, but Zein Tutupoli reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Aguirre Verde showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ivan Mancio, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. Gaviotas FC's Zein Tutupoli played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Teofilo Gutierrez-Pacheco in the 26th minute of play. Zein Tutupoli took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Teofilo Gutierrez-Pacheco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 27th minute, Inocencio Patxi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zbyszko Rywin in the 30th minute of play forced Gaviotas FC's goalkeeper Zein Tutupoli to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Zbyszko Rywin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zein Tutupoli having to interfere. When Gaviotas FC's Ariel Lihach in the 37th minute got a chance for a shot 37th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye DUBAI Palm Jumeirah's goalie prevented a goal. When the match clock showed 37 minutes, the score became 1-1 when Ariel Lihach sped through DUBAI Palm Jumeirah's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Aguirre Verde. 41 minutes into the match, DUBAI Palm Jumeirah's goal looked a bit too open when Geronimo Berenguer came free, but Aguirre Verde reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gaviotas FC's Zein Tutupoli played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Teofilo Gutierrez-Pacheco in the 42nd minute of play. Aguirre Verde didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ariel Lihach went, in the 44th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. In the 47th minute of the match, Teofilo Gutierrez-Pacheco tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Zein Tutupoli saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ariel Lihach was the one to do the kick off. Gaviotas FC's Leon Eguzki was substituted for Damian Musko. A collision led to DUBAI Palm Jumeirah getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Berker Sani hit a great ball. Zein Tutupoli made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Teofilo Gutierrez-Pacheco in the 58th minute of play. When Ariel Lihach came up free with the goalie in the 63rd minute, the Gaviotas FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ariel Lihach couldn't finish the play. Gaviotas FC's Enzo Julian was substituted for Eleuterio Nardo. An unexpectedly hard shot by Berker Sani in the 68th minute of play forced Gaviotas FC's goalkeeper Zein Tutupoli to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Inocencio Patxi in the 71st minute of play forced DUBAI Palm Jumeirah's goalkeeper Aguirre Verde to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Zein Tutupoli stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Berker Sani's shot from short distance in the 73rd minute. After 76 played minutes DUBAI Palm Jumeirah got a freekick which was hit by Lütfi Eryildiz. In the 81st minute Arnoldo Pueblo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aguirre Verde saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 83rd minute, Emil Plop made a precise shot to the right of Zein Tutupoli. Gaviotas FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-2. With an all-out effort, Gaviotas FC's Aguirre Verde threw himself towards the right post 87 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Arnoldo Pueblo, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. DUBAI Palm Jumeirah's Aguirre Verde proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 91st minute of the match, managed to save DUBAI Palm Jumeirah from getting a goal against them. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
