With a couple of smart ball manuevers Roberto Lewandowski in the 8th managed to get into a good position. Ian Vestlund was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Ian Vestlund made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Roberto Lewandowski in the 11th minute of play. SMOCZANKA MIELEC were awarded a corner in the 14th minute after Balla Bollar's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Cezary Chrzan took the corner. Ian Vestlund dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-6. With a little luck, SMOCZANKA MIELEC's Maksymilian Oliszewski got control of the ball when Nils Säfström tried to sneak it across the goal line. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-6 lead.

The wind increased when Oscar Giraldo made the kick off in the second half.
