In the 8th match minute, Sacando del Medio was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Santo James to maneuver through the defense. The audience was convinced that Artemio Odol's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Cai Yue Guang was relentless in the 10th minute of the game. Santo James made in the 12th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Santo James immediately put the ball in play. Eulalio Omero received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Cai Yue Guang tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cai Yue Guang was left in no man's land by his defense there! The Sacando del Medio players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Ninjas in Pyjamas were winning 1-4.
Laurențiu Loghin received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Bernardo Loren came out and tried to block the shot, but Laurențiu Loghin slotted it home off the left post making it 1-5 in the 56th minute. 58 minutes in the game Remus Pinatel did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Anton Cucerdean. 61 minutes had been played when some careless play by Sacando del Medio's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Rareș Tatulici was slow to take the kick. During this time Ninjas in Pyjamas's players had a chance to rest. Rareș Tatulici made a great header on Ninjas in Pyjamas's corner, it was just that Sacando del Medio's Bernardo Loren managed to reach the ball for a save.
