Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Stanislav Búlgarov in the 13th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Elder de Toledo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A hard shot 13 in the game by Stanislav Búlgarov from a close distance when the talented Elder de Toledo managed to make a qualified save. GNK Dinamo Zagreb™'s players were relieved. In the last second Elder de Toledo throw himself and got hold of the ball when Stanislav Búlgarov in the 13thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Delyan Partinov in the 15th minute of play forced GNK Dinamo Zagreb™'s goalkeeper Elder de Toledo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 23 minutes into the match, Blue avalanche's goal looked a bit too open when Bruno Šimunko came free, but Slavey Dochevski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 31st minute Delyan Partinov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Elder de Toledo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Elder de Toledo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Stanislav Búlgarov in the 34th minute of play. Stanislav Búlgarovs short, quick shot in the 35thth minute got Elder de Toledo to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 36 minutes into the match, GNK Dinamo Zagreb™'s goalkeeper Elder de Toledo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Omurtag Púrvulov. With a little luck, GNK Dinamo Zagreb™'s Elder de Toledo got control of the ball when Omurtag Púrvulov tried to sneak it across the goal line. Stanislav Búlgarov received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Elder de Toledo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Blue avalanche booed when GNK Dinamo Zagreb™ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ninoslav Stipanić didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Stanislav Búlgarov in the 43rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Elder de Toledo saved GNK Dinamo Zagreb™ from getting behind. A collision led to Blue avalanche getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Ronaldinho Gaúcho hit a great ball. After recieving a nice pass, GNK Dinamo Zagreb™'s Lino Budimir tried to score from far away in the 44th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. If Stanislav Búlgarov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

With a couple of smart ball manuevers Stanislav Búlgarov in the 54th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Elder de Toledo saved GNK Dinamo Zagreb™ from getting behind. 56 minutes into the match, GNK Dinamo Zagreb™'s goal looked a bit too open when Stanislav Búlgarov came free, but Elder de Toledo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Stanislav Búlgarov in the 59th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Elder de Toledo saved GNK Dinamo Zagreb™ from getting behind. Elder de Toledo came out of the goal in the 63rd minute to try and stop a shot by Blue avalanche's Stanislav Búlgarov. But to his dismay, Stanislav Búlgarov quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. If Omurtag Púrvulov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 72nd minute Bruno Šimunko shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Slavey Dochevski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience was convinced that Stanislav Búlgarov's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Elder de Toledo was relentless in the 73rd minute of the game. Elder de Toledo came out of the goal in the 74th minute to try and stop a shot by Blue avalanche's Stanislav Búlgarov. But to his dismay, Stanislav Búlgarov quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Delyan Partinov in the 77th minute of play forced GNK Dinamo Zagreb™'s goalkeeper Elder de Toledo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lu Yi Zheng kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. Slavey Dochevski made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bruno Šimunko in the 78th minute. After recieving a nice pass, Blue avalanche's Ronaldinho Gaúcho tried to score from far away in the 81st minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Elder de Toledo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Stanislav Búlgarov's shot from short distance in the 83rd minute. After some careless play in the GNK Dinamo Zagreb™ defense, Delyan Partinov kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Elder de Toledo. The GNK Dinamo Zagreb™ fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Elder de Toledo should have stopped the shot. When the match had gone on for 90 minutes, Omurtag Púrvulov put it in 4-0 from a short distance just to the right of Elder de Toledo. Mile Šljivar charged in rather forcefully in the 93rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Mile Šljivar the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 93 played minutes GNK Dinamo Zagreb™ got a freekick which was hit by Mile Šljivar. Blue avalanche's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
