Severino Fernandez made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Chico Campos in the 16th minute of play forced PicksBattle.com's goalkeeper David Ferran to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. David Ferran came out of the goal in the 21st minute to try and stop a shot by Riemannian's Xesc Rallo. But to his dismay, Xesc Rallo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Roger Flor who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 27thth minute tested the skills of Severino Fernandez when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Roger Flors short, quick shot in the 27thth minute got Severino Fernandez to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 28th minute, Xesc Rallo made a precise shot to the right of David Ferran. PicksBattle.com's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. Xesc Rallo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but David Ferran read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 36th minute of play. With a little luck, Riemannian's Severino Fernandez got control of the ball when Ivan Solo tried to sneak it across the goal line. A collision led to Riemannian getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Casado Bernal hit a great ball. Through an outstanding action, after 41 minutes, Severino Fernandez successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 43rd minute PicksBattle.com were awarded a corner. Stelian Mestecăneanu went to the cornerflag to take it. It was a well-played corner which Enrique Mouricio managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Riemannian's Severino Fernandez proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 45th minute of the match, managed to save Riemannian from getting a goal against them. David Ferran made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Xesc Rallo in the 47th minute of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Roger Flor to make the kick off. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 59 minutes into the match, PicksBattle.com's Roger Flor sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Severino Fernandez narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Riemannian's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ivan Solo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-3. David Ferran showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Xesc Rallo in the 93rd minute of the match. Chants of Riemannian echoed around the stadium as the match drew to a close. Supporters and players were both delighted with the win, as PicksBattle.com had held the ball for most of the match.
