It was a well-played corner which Nikos Koulouris managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Fabian Hultstrand showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Honorio Vergas in the 10th minute of the match. In the 15th minute of the match OMONOIA got a corner. Beach Boys Club's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Eduardo Zanette ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on OMONOIA's corner Matias Araújo fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Fabian Hultstrand quite easily take care of the ball. Matias Araújo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Fabian Hultstrand having to make a save. Fabian Hultstrand showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Matias Araújo in the 20th minute of the match. After 21 played minutes Beach Boys Club got a freekick which was hit by Antonio Castellani. In the 22nd minute, Matias Araújo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, OMONOIA's Honorio Vergas got a free kick in the 23rd minute. In the 28th minute the ball was on its way in behind Beach Boys Club's goalkeeper Fabian Hultstrand, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Matias Araújo scored 0-1 in the 28th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Fabian Hultstrand, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 31st minute, Honorio Vergas ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Fabian Hultstrand was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. 33 minutes into the match, OMONOIA's goalkeeper Timmy Standaerts had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sven Haegg. Beach Boys Club's Fabian Hultstrand played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Matias Araújo in the 36th minute of play. Fabian Hultstrand showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Matias Araújo, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Björn Ironside to strike the kick off in the second half. Everyone was convinced a goal was close when OMONOIA's Matias Araújo in the 51st minute lifted the ball towards the upper right corner, but Fabian Hultstrand was perfectly placed and prevented a goal for Beach Boys Club through an amazing save. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Art Tinsley during the 55th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 59th minute of the match OMONOIA got a corner. Beach Boys Club's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Eduardo Zanette ran over to the corner to take the kick. Eduardo Zanette made a great header on OMONOIA's corner, it was just that Beach Boys Club's Fabian Hultstrand managed to reach the ball for a save. A collision led to OMONOIA getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Matias Araújo hit a great ball. After 64 played minutes OMONOIA got a freekick which was hit by Honorio Vergas. Timmy Standaerts made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sven Haegg in the 68th minute of play. In the 69th minute, Matias Araújo reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Fabian Hultstrand. The goal made the score 0-4. OMONOIA made a substitution. Innokentiy Bugakov replaced Seilenos Chrysanthopoulos. An unexpectedly hard shot by Matias Araújo in the 74th minute of play forced Beach Boys Club's goalkeeper Fabian Hultstrand to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fabian Hultstrand stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Matias Araújo's shot from short distance in the 78th minute. Beach Boys Club's Fabian Hultstrand played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Matias Araújo in the 83rd minute of play. The Beach Boys Club players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
