Curcio Carballeira recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a little luck, Chelforó's Rene Gonza got control of the ball when Curcio Carballeira tried to sneak it across the goal line. Curcio Carballeira might have been able to make a better finish in the 94th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Rene Gonza. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Curcio Carballeira ran back to his position shaking his head. Chelforó's Mario Abaurre suffered a concussion in the 95th minute, after a hard challenge, and had to leave the field. When the match was over Club Getafe Deportivo could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Chelforó throughout the match.
