In the 8th minute, Hílton Penha made a precise shot to the right of Jan-Åke Emander. The Owls's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. After 14 played minutes Birra Cultura F.C got a freekick which was hit by Hílton Penha. William Creemers sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. José Maria França didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ubarna Harroyo went, in the 21st minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. Jan-Åke Emander showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eugeniusz Kaczanek, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. José Maria França made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gino Galante in the 29th minute of play. José Maria França took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ubarna Harroyo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Birra Cultura F.C's José Maria França played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Recep Talha Kutyan in the 31st minute of play. The Owls's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Recep Talha Kutyan in the 34th minute. The corner led The Owls's Recep Talha Kutyan to fire away a dangerous shot which José Maria França despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Jan-Åke Emander showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eckart Obels, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. After a rather tough play, Birra Cultura F.C's Eckart Obels got a free kick in the 41st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Recep Talha Kutyan in the 46th minute of play forced Birra Cultura F.C's goalkeeper José Maria França to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

The supporters of The Owls booed when Birra Cultura F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Atilano Romelio didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 53rd minute of the match Recep Talha Kutyan shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but José Maria França showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 54 minutes into the match, Birra Cultura F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Gino Galante came free, but José Maria França reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 57th minute Eckart Obels shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jan-Åke Emander saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Recep Talha Kutyan received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. José Maria França came out and tried to block the shot, but Recep Talha Kutyan slotted it home off the left post making it 1-3 in the 63rd minute. William Creemers was extremely unlucky when he, in the 66th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. José Maria França made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Recep Talha Kutyan in the 67th minute of play. In the 69th minute, Eugeniusz Kaczanek hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a little luck, Birra Cultura F.C's José Maria França got control of the ball when Gino Galante tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ubarna Harroyo took the ball and in the 88 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised José Maria França. José Maria França dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-6. 91 minutes had been played when some careless play by Birra Cultura F.C's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Recep Talha Kutyan was slow to take the kick. During this time The Owls's players had a chance to rest. A collision led to Birra Cultura F.C getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Xavion Liñan hit a great ball. 94 minutes into the game, William Creemers cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-7. José Maria França was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When the match was over The Owls could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Birra Cultura F.C throughout the match.
