Worst Team Ever's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Worst Team Ever's Evert Norberg proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 5th minute of the match, managed to save Worst Team Ever from getting a goal against them. In the 6th minute Alf Hamberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Raul Lipp saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 8th minute, Egil Brask hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Evert Norberg made an important save on a dangerous shot by Astor Guib in the 9th minute. Raul Lipp showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Isaias Eguerdi in the 11th minute of the match. In the 12th minute Alf Hamberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Raul Lipp saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Worst Team Ever's defense didn't have a chance, in the 15th minute, when Elpidio Ekain scored to the left of an out of position Evert Norberg, making the score, 1-0. Evert Norberg was out of position in the 18 minute of play, and Luis Bartoleme capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Luis Bartoleme really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. Raul Lipp showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alf Hamberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. The supporters of Ñacuñán AC booed when Worst Team Ever was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kalle Berg didn't get a good kick on the ball. Evert Norberg was out of position in the 29 minute of play, and Elpidio Ekain capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Elpidio Ekain really showed his touch with that goal: 3-0. Worst Team Ever's Evert Norberg proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 33rd minute of the match, managed to save Worst Team Ever from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luis Bartoleme in the 34th minute of play forced Worst Team Ever's goalkeeper Evert Norberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Evert Norberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Elpidio Ekain, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Evert Norberg made an important save on a dangerous shot by Astor Guib in the 36th minute. When Stor Klack fell near the penalty area in the 37th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Worst Team Ever's protests and gave Stor Klack a yellow card for diving instead. After 37 played minutes Worst Team Ever got a freekick which was hit by Stor Klack. Felix Hedlund hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. Cosme Lauaxeta struck a weak shot in the 39th minute. Evert Norberg didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ñacuñán AC. Evert Norberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luis Bartoleme, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. In the 43rd minute of the match, Astor Guib got a very nice opportunity to score, but Evert Norberg was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-0 at half-time.

Ñacuñán AC made a substitution. Santos Cayo replaced Luis Bartoleme. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Elpidio Ekain stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Elpidio Ekain had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 54th minute, Santos Cayo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ñacuñán AC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. In the 57th minute, Santos Cayo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 58 minutes into the match, Worst Team Ever's goal looked a bit too open when Astor Guib came free, but Evert Norberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Worst Team Ever defense, Elpidio Ekain kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Evert Norberg. The Worst Team Ever fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Evert Norberg should have stopped the shot. Elpidio Ekain scored 7-0 in the 63rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Evert Norberg, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Evert Norberg came out of the goal in the 67th minute to try and stop a shot by Ñacuñán AC's Elpidio Ekain. But to his dismay, Elpidio Ekain quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 8-0. Evert Norberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Elpidio Ekain, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. Evert Norberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Santos Cayo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Evert Norberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Elpidio Ekain, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. 90 minutes into the match, Worst Team Ever's goal looked a bit too open when Santos Cayo came free, but Evert Norberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 91stth minute of the game Santos Cayo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Worst Team Ever's Evert Norberg was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Evert Norberg stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Astor Guib's shot from short distance in the 93rd minute. Evert Norberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Astor Guib, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. In the 97th minute Astor Guib shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Evert Norberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ñacuñán AC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
