The audience thought a goal was coming when Sandrinho Hoffmann got free with Turgay Şeren in the 21st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 23 minutes had been played when some careless play by F.C. KASABALI 45's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Chicão Amorim was slow to take the kick. During this time Estrela Solitária's players had a chance to rest. Hami Altuncuoğlu tried to clear up in front of the goal, but didn't succeed and rather the ball rolled into the own goal to the right of a despaired Turgay Şeren. An unnecessary self made goal, 3-0 in the 23rd minute. 27 minutes into the game, Ümit Salik cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Estrela Solitária's Gerd Müller was substituted for Sandrinho Hoffmann. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gerd Müller in the 53rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Turgay Şeren prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Estrela Solitária's attentive Naldo Rossi managed to snatch the ball when Tayfun Eren made a throw-in in the 54th minute of the game. If Ümit Salik had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Turgay Şeren showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gerd Müller in the 61st minute of the match.
