After a defensive mix-up in Atlético Zelaya's zone, Leandro Saldanha stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rui Santos came out of the goal and Leandro Saldanha tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Leandro Saldanha came up free with the goalie in the 9th minute, the SÃO JORGE FC - CIMZ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Leandro Saldanha couldn't finish the play. Edson-Arantes Pelé kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. 14 minutes into the match, SÃO JORGE FC - CIMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Isidoro Gitano came free, but Anastasios Bouroutzikas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rui Santos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leandro Saldanha, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. SÃO JORGE FC - CIMZ's Anastasios Bouroutzikas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jacobo Abechuco in the 38th minute of play.
