The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Atlético Zelaya's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Alonzo Sal in the 3rd minute. A nice corner shot did that Alejo Abadia got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Nico Pizzi quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. After 3rd play minutes Isidoro Gitano shot 0-1, a short shot which went by Nico Pizzi and just under the crossbar into goal. Rui Santos didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Cãtãlin Hâldan went, in the 6th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Patrick Cunha sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rui Santos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Renato Paraíba in the 10th minute of the match. In the 13th minute, Andres Urbez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rui Santos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Renato Paraíba in the 14th minute of play. In the 16th minute, Renato Paraíba got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cãtãlin Hâldan in the 19th minute of play forced Atlético Zelaya's goalkeeper Rui Santos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 23rd minute of the game. One of Atlético Zelaya:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of SELEVASCO:s goal. Rui Santos had in the 25thth minute some difficulties stopping Cãtãlin Hâldan's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Rui Santos came out of the goal in the 25th minute to try and stop a shot by SELEVASCO's Cãtãlin Hâldan. But to his dismay, Cãtãlin Hâldan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Nico Pizzi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alonzo Sal in the 32nd minute of the match. 32 minutes into the match, SELEVASCO's goal looked a bit too open when Alonzo Sal came free, but Nico Pizzi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rui Santos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cãtãlin Hâldan in the 33rd minute of the match. Rui Santos was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Patrick Cunha showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-1 in the 35 minute of play. Rui Santos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cãtãlin Hâldan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jacobo Abechuco in the 47th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Nico Pizzi prevented the ball from getting in the gole.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jacobo Abechuco stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Renato Paraíba made a precise shot to the right of Rui Santos. Atlético Zelaya's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-1. Rui Santos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cãtãlin Hâldan in the 54th minute of the match. In the 56th minute, Patrick Cunha ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Rui Santos was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cãtãlin Hâldan in the 59th minute of play forced Atlético Zelaya's goalkeeper Rui Santos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rui Santos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Patrick Cunha in the 60th minute of play. In the 61st minute Cãtãlin Hâldan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rui Santos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Patrick Cunha had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Atlético Zelaya's Rui Santos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Xavier Van Dijk in the 65th minute of play. Renato Paraíba blasted a shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Rui Santos having to make a save. After a defensive mix-up in Atlético Zelaya's zone, Patrick Cunha stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rui Santos came out of the goal and Patrick Cunha tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Rui Santos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Renato Paraíba, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. 74 minutes into the match, Atlético Zelaya's goal looked a bit too open when Cãtãlin Hâldan came free, but Rui Santos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rui Santos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Renato Paraíba in the 76th minute of play. SELEVASCO's supporters crossed their fingers, but Renato Paraíba was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Rui Santos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Renato Paraíba, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. After a rather tough play, Atlético Zelaya's Venancio Moise got a free kick in the 92nd minute. 96 minutes into the match, Atlético Zelaya's goal looked a bit too open when Patrick Cunha came free, but Rui Santos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. SELEVASCO's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
