In the 27th minute the ball was on its way in behind México Eterno MZC's goalkeeper Jailson Aparecido, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. A well-hit corner resulted in Marcos Fantini heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Tiburcio Liher made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aristide Ciuvică in the 33rd minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Aristide Ciuvică in the 35th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tiburcio Liher prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 37 minutes into the match, Altamora FC's Célio Leite sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jailson Aparecido narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Aristide Ciuvică had several of the Altamora FC's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 39 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-0 score and a disappointed Tiburcio Liher as he didn't even see the shot coming. 43 minutes into the match, México Eterno MZC's Aristide Ciuvică sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Tiburcio Liher narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 47th minute of the match, Aristide Ciuvică tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Tiburcio Liher saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Célio Leite was the one to do the kick off. Juliusz Fenomeno kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Altamora FC's zone, Dieter Gamache stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tiburcio Liher came out of the goal and Dieter Gamache tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 61st minute, Duarte Garcia hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Altamora FC's Aleix Vidal was substituted for Teófilo Estrela. Altamora FC's Osvaldo Vasques was substituted for Duarte Garcia. Altamora FC's Nicasio Milian was substituted for Evaristo Cortez. Tiburcio Liher took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aristide Ciuvică, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Aristide Ciuvică blasted a shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Tiburcio Liher having to make a save. 71 minutes into the match, Altamora FC's goal looked a bit too open when Aristide Ciuvică came free, but Tiburcio Liher reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Altamora FC defense, Aristide Ciuvică kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tiburcio Liher. The Altamora FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tiburcio Liher should have stopped the shot. México Eterno MZC's Richart Richardsson was substituted for Aristide Ciuvică. Aleix Vidal kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. 89 minutes into the match, Altamora FC's Célio Leite sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jailson Aparecido narrowly saved just below the crossbar. México Eterno MZC's Jailson Aparecido played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Célio Leite in the 96th minute of play. For all the effort they put into the match, the Altamora FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for México Eterno MZC.
