Diego Leocadio charged in rather forcefully in the 19th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Diego Leocadio the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Atlético Matorrales's Leonardo Loco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Erlin Håland in the 21st minute of play. Romulo Beila took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Severiano Ebardo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Romulo Beila came out of the goal in the 23rd minute to try and stop a shot by Atlético Matorrales's Severiano Ebardo. But to his dismay, Severiano Ebardo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Leonardo Loco came out of the goal in the 27th minute to try and stop a shot by Bisturi F.C.'s Erlin Håland. But to his dismay, Erlin Håland quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Bisturi F.C.'s Romulo Beila played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tadeo Quilino in the 31st minute of play. A nice corner shot did that Iker Tino got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Romulo Beila quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Menelaos Markos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Leonardo Loco tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Erlin Håland in the 37th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Leonardo Loco prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Iker Tino hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. Leonardo Loco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Menelaos Markos in the 43rd minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Atlético Matorrales's zone, Erlin Håland stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Leonardo Loco came out of the goal and Erlin Håland tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Tadeo Quilino to make the kick off. Leonardo Loco tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 93 minutes into the match, Atlético Matorrales's goal looked a bit too open when George Suminskis came free, but Leonardo Loco reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Atlético Matorrales supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Bisturi F.C.'s performance. The match ended with a win for Bisturi F.C..
