The audience was convinced that Filomeno Tormes's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Rey Cerezuela was relentless in the 3rd minute of the game. After 5 minutes of play, Asturcones d´la Abadía's Xurxo Lagunas made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Rey Cerezuela was left in no man's land by his defense there! A collision led to Asturcones d´la Abadía getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Filomeno Tormes hit a great ball. With a little luck, Asturcones d´la Abadía's Ermegildo Delgado got control of the ball when Unax Valdovinos tried to sneak it across the goal line. UD ZAS's Rey Cerezuela played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Xurxo Lagunas in the 15th minute of play. Marquez Uncal charged in rather forcefully in the 15th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Marquez Uncal the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Asturcones d´la Abadía booed when UD ZAS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marquez Uncal didn't get a good kick on the ball. UD ZAS's Rey Cerezuela played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Xurxo Lagunas in the 17th minute of play. In the 21st minute, Xurxo Lagunas ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Rey Cerezuela was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. In the 25th minute, Filomeno Tormes ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Rey Cerezuela was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. 32 minutes into the game, Asturcones d´la Abadía's Veremundo Lastras nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Rey Cerezuela made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. 35 minutes into the match, Filomeno Tormes notched a goal, 0-5, to the right of UD ZAS's Rey Cerezuela. Rey Cerezuela was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Gyula Szigligeti sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After 40 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for UD ZAS! Rey Cerezuela took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Veremundo Lastras, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rey Cerezuela came out of the goal in the 45th minute to try and stop a shot by Asturcones d´la Abadía's Filomeno Tormes. But to his dismay, Filomeno Tormes quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-7. In the 48th minute Filomeno Tormes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rey Cerezuela saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Disappointed in the 0-7 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Segio Lucas stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd match minute, UD ZAS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marquez Uncal to maneuver through the defense. When Asturcones d´la Abadía's Xurxo Lagunas in the 53rd minute got a chance for a shot 53rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye UD ZAS's goalie prevented a goal. In the 55th minute, Filomeno Tormes made a precise shot to the right of Rey Cerezuela. UD ZAS's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-8. 58 minutes into the match, Veremundo Lastras had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Rey Cerezuela. UD ZAS's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Veremundo Lastras was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-9. Xurxo Lagunas scored 0-11 in the 69th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Rey Cerezuela, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. UD ZAS's Rey Cerezuela played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Xurxo Lagunas in the 73rd minute of play. UD ZAS's Rey Cerezuela proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 75th minute of the match, managed to save UD ZAS from getting a goal against them. Asturcones d´la Abadía's Montrel Olmedo was substituted for Angelo Esteban. Asturcones d´la Abadía made a substitution. Enetz Carballeira replaced Filomeno Tormes. The audience thought a goal was coming when Enetz Carballeira got free with Rey Cerezuela in the 82nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 83 minutes into the game, Veremundo Lastras recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Rey Cerezuela. Veremundo Lastras showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-13. 88 minutes into the game, Asturcones d´la Abadía's Enetz Carballeira nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Rey Cerezuela made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-14. 91 minutes into the match, UD ZAS's goal looked a bit too open when Veremundo Lastras came free, but Rey Cerezuela reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Enetz Carballeira got free with Rey Cerezuela in the 92nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 97 minutes into the match, Xurxo Lagunas dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Rey Cerezuela, 0-15. When the match was over Asturcones d´la Abadía could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than UD ZAS throughout the match.
