The audience thought a goal was coming when Nasos Papadis got free with Maksymilian Prusinowski in the 24th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 26 minutes 1909 Tarnovia's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Nikos Kanetos who took care of the corner kick. The corner led ΟΦΗ's Nikos Kanetos to fire away a dangerous shot which Maksymilian Prusinowski despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 28 minutes into the match, 1909 Tarnovia's goal looked a bit too open when Nikos Kanetos came free, but Maksymilian Prusinowski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Nasos Papadis was the one to do the kick off. 54 minutes into the match, ΟΦΗ's goal looked a bit too open when Prosper Vandamme came free, but Ilias Seichanidis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ilias Seichanidis didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ulryk Podolski went, in the 58th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Agesilaus Kreskas's late challenge caught a 1909 Tarnovia's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ilias Seichanidis made a fantastic save in the 70th minute, when Jakub Gondela sent off a good shot on target. Jerzy Grocholski made a great header on 1909 Tarnovia's corner, it was just that ΟΦΗ's Ilias Seichanidis managed to reach the ball for a save. A collision led to ΟΦΗ getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Nasos Papadis hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 92nd minute, Jakub Gondela managed to get in a good position for a shot. 1909 Tarnovia's supporters rose to their feet, but Jakub Gondela was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ilias Seichanidis breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Zdzislaw Biraga sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. ΟΦΗ's Agesilaus Kreskas got his second yellow card of the match in the 97th minute. The referee ordered Agesilaus Kreskas off the ground. 96 minutes into the game, one of ΟΦΗ:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Karol Pisarcik walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. Ilias Seichanidis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Prosper Vandamme in the 100th minute of play. After 101 minutes, Luca Codrea mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the ΟΦΗ and the 1909 Tarnovia players grew even worse after the yellow card. Luca Codrea hit a great freekick 101 minutes into the match. After 102nd play minutes Jakub Gondela shot 0-3, a short shot which went by Ilias Seichanidis and just under the crossbar into goal.
