Otsoko Balmacedas short, quick shot in the 80thth minute got Ronny Westerberg to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Lech Max's Gwidon Dubilas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Stig Vikström in the 83rd minute of play. Lech Max's attentive Krzysztof Bycofski managed to snatch the ball when Hans Svensson made a throw-in in the 87th minute of the game. Melchester Rovers's Ronny Westerberg proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 88th minute of the match, managed to save Melchester Rovers from getting a goal against them.
