The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Hando Festini made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Radoslaw Rutkowski in the 2nd minute of play. In the 11th minute Jurand Drzewucki shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hando Festini saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hando Festini didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Radoslaw Rutkowski went, in the 14th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. FC Harnaś Sanok's Zbyszko Kajfasz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kendrick Schumacher in the 24th minute of play. In the 27thth minute of the game Aureliusz Borcz who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Azzurri FC's Hando Festini was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Radoslaw Rutkowski in the 31st minute of play forced Azzurri FC's goalkeeper Hando Festini to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 32 minutes had been played when some careless play by Azzurri FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Igor Brysz was slow to take the kick. During this time FC Harnaś Sanok's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Arkadiusz Awizo got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Hando Festini quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Carlos Tello got free with Zbyszko Kajfasz in the 35th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 36th minute Radoslaw Rutkowski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hando Festini saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, FC Harnaś Sanok's Zbyszko Kajfasz got control of the ball when Carlos Tello tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nelson Jodion in the 41st minute of play forced FC Harnaś Sanok's goalkeeper Zbyszko Kajfasz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cyryl Zapolski was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 47 minutes into the match. After 47 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for FC Harnaś Sanok! After the first half FC Harnaś Sanok were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Aureliusz Borcz was the one to do the kick off. Zbyszko Kajfasz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carlos Tello in the 60th minute of play. A collision led to Azzurri FC getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Nelson Jodion hit a great ball. Jurand Drzewucki kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Azzurri FC's Ramon DuLin got a free kick in the 73rd minute. After 74 played minutes FC Harnaś Sanok got a freekick which was hit by Igor Brysz. Hando Festini stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Antoni Michalski's shot from short distance in the 77th minute. When Bert Vincent fell near the penalty area in the 80th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Azzurri FC's protests and gave Bert Vincent a yellow card for diving instead. After 80 played minutes Azzurri FC got a freekick which was hit by Bert Vincent. Hando Festini showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aureliusz Borcz in the 81st minute of the match. A collision led to Azzurri FC getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Bert Vincent hit a great ball. Hando Festini showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Igor Brysz, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. FC Harnaś Sanok's Zbyszko Kajfasz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jules Barrett in the 88th minute of play. Carlos Tello spun around in front of the goal 92 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of FC Harnaś Sanok's goal. Zbyszko Kajfasz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nelson Jodion in the 94th minute of play. Hando Festini showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aureliusz Borcz in the 95th minute of the match. After 97 minutes Azzurri FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Igor Brysz who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on FC Harnaś Sanok's corner Igor Brysz fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Hando Festini quite easily take care of the ball. In the 98th minute Nelson Jodion shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zbyszko Kajfasz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Chants of FC Harnaś Sanok echoed around the stadium as the match drew to a close. Supporters and players were both delighted with the win, as Azzurri FC had held the ball for most of the match.
