Ernesto Merexildo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fred Salkvist, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. Lα Sυв 21's Ernesto Merexildo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pär Odén in the 38th minute of play. Kristian Törnqvist was out of position in the 41 minute of play, and Severiano Enekoitz capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Severiano Enekoitz really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. Paulo Lopes hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. William Enström took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 46th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Ernesto Merexildo. Lα Sυв 21's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

In the 52nd minute, Pär Odén made a precise shot to the right of Ernesto Merexildo. Lα Sυв 21's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Lα Sυв 21's Ernesto Merexildo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Stefan Andersson in the 60th minute of play. Idrottsklubben -03 were awarded a corner in the 61th minute after Lα Sυв 21's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. William Enström took the corner. Lα Sυв 21 made a substitution. Pablo Vegetti replaced Severiano Enekoitz. Lα Sυв 21's Fulgencio Bidari was substituted for Guido Bartolome. William Enström kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. Paulo Lopes was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 90 minutes into the match. After having played for 91 minutes, William Enström managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Idrottsklubben -03's supporters crossed their fingers, but William Enström was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a little luck, Lα Sυв 21's Ernesto Merexildo got control of the ball when Pär Odén tried to sneak it across the goal line. Pär Odén took the ball and in the 95 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ernesto Merexildo. Ernesto Merexildo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Idrottsklubben -03 players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
