When the match clock showed 9 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Ludwig Hägg sped through Breguete FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Jailson Soares. Jailson Soares came out of the goal in the 17th minute to try and stop a shot by Saint Glenn Gothenburg's Ludwig Hägg. But to his dismay, Ludwig Hägg quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Mahoma Lopez recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 22nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jailson Soares took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ludwig Hägg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lennart Juhlin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Benê Fernandez, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. Saint Glenn Gothenburg's Lennart Juhlin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eugênio de Carvalho in the 38th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ludwig Hägg in the 42nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jailson Soares prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 45th minute, Rodolfo Marques hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lennart Juhlin stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Benê Fernandez's shot from short distance in the 46th minute.

Saint Glenn Gothenburg's Lennart Juhlin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 54th minute of the match, managed to save Saint Glenn Gothenburg from getting a goal against them. Mahoma Lopez scored 4-0 in the 58th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jailson Soares, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 62 minutes into the match, Saint Glenn Gothenburg's goal looked a bit too open when Roderick van Boxel came free, but Lennart Juhlin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dawid Watarz replaced Demesio Faxardo. A collision led to Saint Glenn Gothenburg getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Ludwig Hägg hit a great ball. In the 83rd minute Saint Glenn Gothenburg were awarded a corner. Jan-Åke Lindholm went to the cornerflag to take it. 88 minutes into the match, Saint Glenn Gothenburg's Ludwig Hägg sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jailson Soares narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 89th minute, Ludwig Hägg managed to get in a good position for a shot. Saint Glenn Gothenburg's supporters rose to their feet, but Ludwig Hägg was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jailson Soares breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 95th minute, Ludwig Hägg got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ludwig Hägg recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 96th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Saint Glenn Gothenburg had won after a very even match.
