The Scotland 1873 fans' excitement grew in the 12th match minute when Scotland 1873's Leonel Gonzo looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 14 minutes into the match, Israel Jerico notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of ASC South United's Erwin Teesing. Erwin Teesing was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Erwin Teesing made a fantastic save in the 20th minute, when Leonel Gonzo sent off a good shot on target. Erwin Teesing made an important save on a dangerous shot by Leonel Gonzo in the 21st minute. 22 minutes into the game, Ricky Schattenberg was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. ASC South United's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Scotland 1873 the free kick. Erwin Teesing showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Israel Jerico, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. In the 27th minute Israel Jerico shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Erwin Teesing saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. ASC South United's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Hugo Bender made a kick off. In the 52nd match minute, Scotland 1873 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ermegildo Leocadio to maneuver through the defense. ASC South United's Erwin Teesing played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leonel Gonzo in the 53rd minute of play. Erwin Teesing showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Israel Jerico, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. Scotland 1873's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Leonel Gonzo in the 74th minute. A collision led to Scotland 1873 getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Ramiro Funes-Mori hit a great ball. Erwin Teesing showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Israel Jerico in the 76th minute of the match. Cees Hermensen kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. 6-0 became the score in the 79th minute when Israel Jerico elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. In the 83rd minute, Bradley McNuyer ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Erwin Teesing was frozen by the shot and now it was 7-0. In the 90th match minute, ASC South United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cees Hermensen to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Israel Jerico in the 91st minute of play forced ASC South United's goalkeeper Erwin Teesing to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Erwin Teesing stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Israel Jerico's shot from short distance in the 92nd minute. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Scotland 1873 fully deserved thier win.
