Breno Bastos stood somewhat misplaced when Federico Belarmo came free in front of goal and shot 1-0 to the left of him in the 9 minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Israel Jerico in the 13th minute of play forced Chaco For Ever's goalkeeper Manotham Grandessa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Breno Bastos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luiz Paulo Teles, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. Manotham Grandessa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leonel Gonzo in the 17th minute of play. Isidoro Pelayo took the ball and in the 19 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Manotham Grandessa. Manotham Grandessa dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. The audience thought a goal was coming when Luiz Paulo Teles got free with Breno Bastos in the 26th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 30th minute Federico Belarmo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Breno Bastos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Israel Jerico received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Manotham Grandessa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Scotland 1873 getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Ermegildo Leocadio hit a great ball. After having played for 39 minutes, Federico Belarmo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Chaco For Ever's supporters crossed their fingers, but Federico Belarmo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Through an outstanding action, after 42 minutes, Breno Bastos successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post.
