But to his dismay, Hikmet Türkoğlu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Hikmet Türkoğlu's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Arsenio Manni read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 7th minute of play. Kong Ping scored 1-1 in the 8th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Rüstem Akatay, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Kong Ping during the 14th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After having played for 15 minutes, Aykan İskenderoğlu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. DEMİREL.FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Aykan İskenderoğlu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The DEMİREL.FC fans' excitement grew in the 19th match minute when DEMİREL.FC's Aykan İskenderoğlu looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Gildo Tande's late challenge caught a DEMİREL.FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gildo Tande helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of DEMİREL.FC booed when Laus Deo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gildo Tande didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 31st minute, Hikmet Türkoğlu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Arsenio Manni was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-3. 34 minutes into the match, DEMİREL.FC's Hikmet Türkoğlu sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Arsenio Manni narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 35th minute of the match DEMİREL.FC got a corner. Laus Deo's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Ernest Aldulescu ran over to the corner to take the kick. Arsenio Manni made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hikmet Türkoğlu in the 44th minute of play.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Luis Alberto Moura to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute of the match, Aykan İskenderoğlu got a very nice opportunity to score, but Arsenio Manni was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Arsenio Manni made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hikmet Türkoğlu in the 54th minute of play. DEMİREL.FC's attentive Atalan Yay managed to snatch the ball when Evaristo Cerezo made a throw-in in the 58th minute of the game. Arsenio Manni showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Melquiades Gonzalez, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. Evaristo Cerezo made in the 61st minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by DEMİREL.FC's Sümer Atlıoğlu. After 62 played minutes DEMİREL.FC got a freekick which was hit by Melquiades Gonzalez. In the 65th minute, Luis Alberto Moura left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Laus Deo fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-4. Laus Deo's Eliseu Arósio was substituted for Antonio Gora. Rüstem Akatay took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luis Alberto Moura, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 75 minutes DEMİREL.FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Timur Belyaninov who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Timur Belyaninov almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but DEMİREL.FC's Rüstem Akatay did a great save. A collision led to Laus Deo getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Cacá Diniz hit a great ball. The audience was convinced that Hikmet Türkoğlu's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Arsenio Manni was relentless in the 83rd minute of the game. Hikmet Türkoğlu struck a weak shot in the 85th minute. Arsenio Manni didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for DEMİREL.FC. Hikmet Türkoğlu might have been able to make a better finish in the 88th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Arsenio Manni. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Hikmet Türkoğlu ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 88th minute Hikmet Türkoğlu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arsenio Manni saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 89 minutes into the game, Evaristo Cerezo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Laus Deo's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave DEMİREL.FC the free kick. A collision led to Laus Deo getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Evaristo Cerezo hit a great ball. 90 minutes into the match, Laus Deo's goalkeeper Arsenio Manni had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ernest Aldulescu. Hikmet Türkoğlu's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Arsenio Manni read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 96th minute of play. DEMİREL.FC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
