Celestino Umea showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rui Costa, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. Celestino Umea took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Simon Bannenbusch, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ariel Breiffel kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. Cayetano Herauso recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 19th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Black StarZ's Celestino Umea played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Simon Bannenbusch in the 23rd minute of play. After a rather tough play, KFC Uerdingen 05's Fabrizio Nowak got a free kick in the 29th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 31st minute, Fabrizio Nowak managed to get in a good position for a shot. KFC Uerdingen 05's supporters rose to their feet, but Fabrizio Nowak was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Celestino Umea breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a defensive mix-up in Black StarZ's zone, Rui Costa stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Celestino Umea came out of the goal and Rui Costa tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. KFC Uerdingen 05's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ariel Breiffel was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Black StarZ's Celestino Umea proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 60th minute of the match, managed to save Black StarZ from getting a goal against them. The supporters of KFC Uerdingen 05 booed when Black StarZ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Isaias Tuste didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sylwester Dziuma made a great header on KFC Uerdingen 05's corner, it was just that Black StarZ's Celestino Umea managed to reach the ball for a save. After some careless play in the Black StarZ defense, Simon Bannenbusch kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Celestino Umea. The Black StarZ fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Celestino Umea should have stopped the shot. But to his dismay, Cayetano Herauso quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. Celestino Umea made an important save on a dangerous shot by Fabrizio Nowak in the 72nd minute. Ariel Breiffel could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 73rd minute of the match, but Celestino Umea made a huge save. Black StarZ's Celestino Umea proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 77th minute of the match, managed to save Black StarZ from getting a goal against them.
