In the 16th match minute, FC United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kevinn De Bruyne to maneuver through the defense. In the 19th minute Luís Senna shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zdzislaw Jestrimski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Luís Senna stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zeng Chong Kang in the 51st minute of play forced FC United's goalkeeper Zdzislaw Jestrimski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Zdzislaw Jestrimski stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Zeng Chong Kang's shot from short distance in the 52nd minute. 55 minutes into the game, Kıvanç Baysungur cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Göksel Canfeda was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 65 played minutes FC United got a freekick which was hit by Methee Kutas. Luís Senna kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. 76 minutes into the match, istanbulls's goal looked a bit too open when Beniamin Bejger came free, but Göksel Canfeda reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Carlo Puglielli had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 85 minutes into the game, Carlo Puglielli was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC United's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave istanbulls the free kick. In the 85th match minute, FC United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Carlo Puglielli to maneuver through the defense. In the 86th of the match, Luís Senna tried to place the ball in the upper right corner, but Zdzislaw Jestrimski got in the way and made a wonderful save.
