Adriano De Carolis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Candido Lavalle, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 14th match minute, C.S. y D. GENERAL LAVALLE was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Emiliano Sayvion to maneuver through the defense. In the 16th minute Carolo Camaño suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. GENERAL LAVALLE:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Ugonotti:s goal. The score was 2-0 after a penalty in the 19th minute, where Ugonotti:s Ulf Larsson tricked C.S. y D. GENERAL LAVALLE:s Ramon Lavalle with a difficult ball by the left post. Yu Wei Bo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ramon Lavalle read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 21st minute of play. 25 minutes into the match, C.S. y D. GENERAL LAVALLE's goal looked a bit too open when Yu Wei Bo came free, but Ramon Lavalle reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ramon Lavalle prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The audience thought a goal was coming when Yu Wei Bo got free with Ramon Lavalle in the 40th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 41 played minutes Ugonotti got a freekick which was hit by Hugo Boss. After 42 played minutes, C.S. y D. GENERAL LAVALLE's Candido Lavalle shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Adriano De Carolis came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in C.S. y D. GENERAL LAVALLE reached it. Ugonotti's Yu Wei Bo got a good chance for a goal in the 43rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

Ugonotti made a substitution. Vinícius Juniors replaced Rico Taha. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Ugonotti had played much better football throughout.
